Wow.

Hi Guys, glad you've all enjoyed The Basement!

It's been a week since I've pressed the button to publish and and atleast a month since I've come up with the idea for the 'game'.

This devlog is mostly for myself, I don't think anyone is going to actively enjoy reading this but here goes:

It's shit. 

I'm sorry but in retrospect, I could have done it so much better. The nonexistent story, the awful gameplay, the shallow narrative, (we do not talk about scripting), it's all here...

..and that's fine. I couldn't care less because I'm happy I've released it for others to scrutinse and I'm relieved for the feedback to be so mild!

I'm glad you're still here and I hope that perhaps in the future, we'll enjoy a more complete and fulfilling game.
